这一阵刚安息闲着无聊制造8X8X8光立方,应为是初学者有甚么效果请见谅啊!~~~

一、光立方的基泉源基础理

应用人眼的暂留效应,应用单片机控制LED灯泡快速的闪灼,显示出一个完全的图案!

2、应用工具和质料

(一)、应用工具:1、焊枪(不用这么好的,随便哪一种克己的也行)2、剥线钳3、锯子(若是信托自己的手工才干,就寻衅手锯吧,手锯克己啊!)4、钢尺5、电钻6、电流表(主要用来测能否焊错的)7、镊子8、热熔胶枪(无关紧要)

(二)应用质料:1、单片机X12、最小系统X1个(带写入功效的,我这个是不带的,应为我有实验板)374hc136X9474hc573X15LEDX516个(色彩无所谓)6、排插、排针多个(排插至少要两排,做底盘须要64个点)7、实验板(看年夜小购置,够用就行)8、热缩管(不用太多,够用就好)9、电线(这个要许多,看着来吧)1020针插座1个、16针插座9

 


(三)原件原理

174hc138:作用是用三位二进制数,来输入只需一名为零的八位二进制数

274hc573锁存器,在此次中没用的甚么功效,主要用来电流放年夜的,

 

OEGNG直接地线,VccLE直接接电源就好了。

应为是一个8X8X8的平面结构,用三轴坐标系便可以划分控制单逐一盏灯

四、制造流程

现在开规则式制造了,前面全是准备。

1、 LED灯的针脚,重视正负极不要弄错了,一共弯512个,多弯上几个,作为备用的。

 

2、 制造定位板,井字形的距离为20mm88列算计64个点,可以用纸张划线取代。(我这个着实只需7*8个现实上是没年夜板子了!~~

   

 

3、 用定位板焊接单逐一排8个,正极正极项链焊接,中央距离20mm,一共焊64条。

4、 64个单条焊好后,用8个单条组成一个面,这时间间是负极与负极相连,每条之间的间距是20mm,焊接时顺便调剂阵脚,不要短路了。一共8面。

5、 焊好8面以后,就是测试环节了,负极勾通起来,给每行的正极伶仃供一次电不雅不雅察有没有短路、没亮、亮度暗等效果的,实时替换,修理。

6、 制造插座,将排插剪开只留下中央的铜质圆柱插座,直接焊接在实验板上,横竖各8排,其中距离20mm,算计64个点。焊好后后头每个点连出一条线,用以毗连74hc138X1~X8)。线路质朴的梳理一下用器械暂时结实一下。然后在线的此外一端用剪开的排针焊上一个插头,以备前面毗连应用,焊好后套上热缩管(这些图片都不是其时照的,这是曾经锯掉落落一半了,此外一半和这一半一样)

7、 8个面插到低上,将横向相邻的正极弯好后直接焊道一起,重视之间的距离是20mm,使每层一切灯的正极是勾通在一起的,然后每层伶仃引出一条线(图中的红线),划分插在74Hc573Y)的O0~O7口上。

 

8、 焊好后便可以放到一边了,接上去就是焊控制电路了。

我们不用将芯片直接焊在实验板上,先焊插座,让后将芯片插出来,这样就不会泛起烧坏芯片的情形了。

74hc138X1~X8)焊接在一块将这8块芯片的VccE3一切勾通到一起用来输入电压,GNDE2勾通到一起直接接地,然后是ABC、划分勾通一块,划分毗连单片机的P1.0口、P1.1口、P1.2口,Y0~Y7划分伶仃的向正面引出排插每个口伶仃焊接不是勾通,用来毗连底座上的64个点,E1向正面伶仃引出一个排针,用来毗连74Hc138Z)的(Y0~Y7)。焊接完成后用万用电流表检查能否有虚焊,焊错的。

74hc138Z)和74HC573Y)的焊接措施都是每个针伶仃毗连一个排针。

9、74hc138X1~X8)焊接在一块将这8块芯片的VccE3一切勾通到一起用来输入电压,GNDE2勾通到一起直接接地,然后是ABC、划分勾通一块,划分毗连单片机的P1.0口、P1.1口、P1.2口,Y0~Y7划分伶仃的向正面引出排插每个口伶仃焊接不是勾通,用来毗连底座上的64个点,E1向正面伶仃引出一个排针,用来毗连74Hc138Z)的(Y0~Y7

74hc138ZABC口划分毗连单片机的P1.3口、P1.4口、P1.2

74hc73YD0~D7八个口毗连单片机的P0的八个口,OEGNG直接地线,VccLE直接接电源就好了。剩下的O0~O7口划分毗连Y轴的每层。

直接算是完全的装配好了。

装潢用的自选项:

1、 剪裁出180mmX180mm正方形,在后头画井字形方格,间距20mm,然后再交织点处打孔。

2、 将底板锯开,谈论辩说逐一对应的拔出钻好的孔,用胶水结实,一切粘好后,梳理线路用热熔胶将线路粘牢,再将每列的八条线用热缩管捆到一起。

法式模范模范用来显示的图案应为暂时没有时间去编了,只能靠年夜家来整了!~~


  图案的编辑规则是:应为是每次给Y轴一个8位的图案,以是只需64次便可以循环已往了,如图示,第一面显示完成后第二面泉源显示,往复八次,直到第八面显示完成,再次转到第一面,再次循环以上步奏,由于速率哦够快,便可组成完全的图案安了。

以是假定要组成一个完全的图案就要有64个数据。
